Coach Trevor

Licensed Massage Therapist (#28730) and Certified Personal Trainer.

I am dedicated to helping clients move better, feel stronger, and function at their best. I’m passionate about problem solving and providing individualized care, working closely with each client to support their health goals and overall quality of life.

I trained in massage therapy at Carrington College and earned my personal training and nutrition certifications through NASM. I place a strong emphasis on therapeutic massage, keeping clients informed throughout the process so they understand what we’re working on and why. My approach goes beyond relaxation as I tailor each session to address specific needs and promote lasting results.

With exercise, I specialize in helping clients properly engage the right muscles to build true stability. I pay close attention to coaching form and awareness. I encourage safe and effective movement patterns that support strength, resilience, and long term function. Through exercise and education, I help clients build confidence in their bodies, develop strength, and age well.

Dr. Rachel

Chiropractor (#6154) and a CranioSacral Certified Therapist.

I discovered my passion for chiropractic care at a young age, inspired by the meaningful impact it had on my life and can have on others. After gaining hands-on experience as a chiropractic assistant, I earned my chiropractic doctorate from the University of Western States in Oregon, further strengthening my commitment to patient-centered care.

I specialize in a gentle, individualized approach that blends adjustments, joint mobilization, and soft tissue techniques to support lasting results. Education and comfort are central to my practice. I ensure every patient understands their care each step of the way, making chiropractic approachable even for those who may feel nervous or hesitant.

I also incorporate Craniosacral Therapy, Fascial Cupping, and Jaw Relaxation Therapy into my treatments, and have found a new passion in Pilates to further support whole-body movement and long-term wellness.
