Jaw Relaxation Therapy
1 credits for 30 min.
This session is designed to help you work through jaw tension, neck pain, or headaches. Your treatment combines soft tissue work, gentle chiropractic care, and CranioSacral Therapy to help you experience both meaningful relief and deep relaxation. Each visit is tailored specifically to your needs and comfort level.
When appropriate and with your consent, your session may include gentle intra-oral jaw work to address tension patterns that can’t always be reached externally. Using light, precise techniques, areas of tension are encouraged to release, supporting healthier jaw movement and alignment.
By directly addressing the stress you may be carrying in your jaw and facial muscles, you can reduce pain, improve range of motion, and ease headaches and neck tension. You’ll also learn simple, practical strategies such as breathing techniques, posture awareness, and easy at-home exercises to help you maintain your progress between visits.
Throughout your care, your comfort, safety, and clear communication remain the priority.

Headache: A brief headache may occur, particularly if muscle tension shifts or blood flow changes rapidly.
Increased nasal drainage or mild ear fullness: Manipulating muscles around the jaw and neck may temporarily affect sinus or Eustachian tube drainage.
Heightened sensitivity or emotional release: Touch can release stored tension and emotions, sometimes producing tears or heightened sensitivity.
